Shockadin used to rely on larger damage from SPH affecting seals and Sanctity Aura mainly. Both of those have been removed from the game, thus, shockadin has been removed from the game. Go with ret, better burst damage, the same survivability and some healing. Or go holy, but you won't get the damage.
Also Holy Guidance' offensive power has been nerfed. And Judgements have a GCD.
