Shaman Raid Healing - HELP!

I have recently attempted Conclave of Wind, and was finding myself oom after the first "ultimate" abilities (when they reach 90 energy). They oneshot the boss after I was subbed out for a Paladin healer, I asked him after the fight and he says he never even went below 40% mana. The other two healers (another pally and a priest) say they didn't have any mana issues.
Cause i was ripping up maloriak, top heals and only 8% overhealing, as opposed to the Pally 1 who had similar total healing but 35% overhealing. And the priest had only 4/7 of my total healing and 20% overheals.
Heres my armory link:

Pally 1:

Pally 2:
He recently realm swapped or faction changed so i couldn't get his armory
Priest:

So my question for you guys is..
Is shaman healing lacking?
Was it just me?
Any advanced tips?
Any other input?

Which ultimate were you responsible for healing? Generally, on this fight, I'm on the North platform for the ultimate. Make sure everyone's stacking up, and get a Healing Rain under your group. I make pretty liberal use of Chain Heal after that, but if you're having mana issues, try to stick more with single-target heals. Get the tank up close to 100% just before the ultimate ends, and make sure he's getting into the boss early so he can turn it before it breaths on the raid (saves you a ton of raid damage).
For general mana issues - are you using MTT early in the fight (along with your Core of Ripeness)? Do you have any Potions of Concentration (these are great to use during Anshal's ultimate ability, when you're on the West platform)? What's your general spell usage like?

Thanks for the help guys.
So anyways, in the fight, I always have one tank with me, and occasionally I will get 3-5 dps too. ES 100% uptime, and i know the problem now, after I swapped platforms, I left my totems on the previous platform and didn't replace. Water shield probably 50% uptime (the ice dude is a !@#$%). RT ~85%, and i could probably make a lot more use of UnL.
Have you guys noticed difference in HPS? I have around 7k, and my pally friends have 10k+?
Will also be hitting up a respec now, thanks.

Save it mostly for riptide and healing rain. Otherwise, why would you be using a 15 second cd?
Are you speaking about Unleash Elements? I don't think it works on Healing Rain. I tested it, with or without UE the rain ticks for the exact same amount of healing.

Well let me clear the air... Shaman healing right now = OOM masters.
Simply put if your raid healing your just going to drain mana a lot. Shaman are much more like spot healers now using HW to spot heal people and letting healing stream take up anyone that isn't that drastically low. If big healing is done Healing Rain is your friend, making sure everyone stacks and sticks together works well. Don't go crazy on healing your going to need to be conservative and remember that healing stream works well fr topping people up. Keep water shield on, pop a mod or something cause your going to need it, the fact it drops off the better it actually is for your mana. Chain Healing should only be used if there are enough targets low to warrent it. Use that once and from there the haste buff can help you quick HW others who went low to keep them up, don't CH spam anymore its not very good mana conservative wise.
I would if anything recommend that you let a Holy Priest or Resto Druid to slip in for heal raiding instead of you. Holy Priests with Lightwell are extremely good Raid Healing.
Telluric Currents
Since mentioned, yes this is actually good for resto shammy to get. The big issue is that it takes a bit more umph to make it worth wild. With lack of hit it makes it more difficult in terms of needing more hit to attack raid bosses all the time, but with enough damage behind it you still should be gaining mana out of it in phases that allow for more dps as healing might lack. I have to disagree with getting Elemental Precision. Its just not worth the investment. if it was tier 1 I could see it being perhaps worth wild but its just way to much of an investment. You would be putting in two points extra if you max acuity just to unlock it and from there it takes 3 points to max it. While you probably wouldn't need to max it (your going to be over hit rating easily so 2 points would be enough) its still going to take some investment in it and it won't be a perfect hit rating even. Swiftness being passed on is just bad in general for raid as not only do you lose movement speed it gives which is big for raids but the ability to Ghostwolf quickly which makes survival even greater. Its just to much sacrifice to be worth wild.

OP here.
Just raided BoT last night and I found TC to be extremely useful on the Halfus encounter. During the stun he receives from Slate Dragon I was able to gain back around ~80% mana.
Don't worry about meters....shammy healers rarely do well on them.
FALSE!^^
By the end of the encounter, I had top heals (healed for 2.7mil (13% OH), another resto shaman (not specced into TC) only had 1.7mil healing (26% OH). Maybe she was just bad, or maybe my TC mana gain allowed room for more heals.
I also see use on many other fights Argaloth (if you have kinda ^&*! gear and oom), Magmaw (heavy raid damage, periods of double damage = huge mana return), Omnitron (step in the Arcanotron voidzone, LB if you are ooming)
And about the Spirit -> hit rating talent, I guess its a bit more about personal playstyle and preference, rather than just "NO IT SUCKS." " WTF BRO? IT DA B3ST". I myself was doing armory checks on some high end resto shaman to make my build, they have H 11/12, so I am willing to concede it works!
So my conclusion is, TC ROCKS!
oh and.. no I didn't go grab that respec :P

I'm currently only 84, but here's a simple fact: At level 80, in my level 80 gear, I was a better healer than I am now. Leveling up actually reduced my efficiency. My critrate went from +/- 35% to a mere 6%. My mana regeneration quite honestly blows.
Spending a ton of mana on a 19k (non-crit) heal is like getting slapped in the face when the tank has 130k+ hitpoints.
Healing might be more challenging, but it isn't any fun anymore. I'm going DPS and let Paladins, Priests and Druids do the healing.

Welcome to any expansion, you must be new hereI can't speak for BC, but I don't remember Wrath messing us up as much as Cata. Granted healing got messed up for everyone, but it's hit Shaman's the worse. Admittedly, at the end of Wrath, we were chain heal bots and had it easy, but it's becoming more and more evident that Shaman got nerfed the hardest.
Wrath you could wear your T6 into Naxx and do well, terribly designed xpac. TBC you replaced your T2 helm within the first couple of quests.
Expansions should usually serve as a gear reset, so you dont go into the new raids wearing your old gear with top stats.
i.e. Cata gear has lots more int and sta than wrath gear, but generally less of the secondary stats. You need int and stam to live against the new mobs, making you take the new gear over keeping your old top tier raiding gear for the secondary stats.
Build it all back up!
