Shaman PVP Help!

Hey all I decided I was gonna start a Goblin Shaman and I was reading up about all the details and I was just wondering if you could help me make up my mind about some things. I've read that Resto is pretty strong for pvp so I was going with that build( open to opinions), but I want to deck it out with as much BoA gear as possible and I was just wondering what would be the best chest/shoulder/weapon choices and what enchants I should aim to get for those when it's possible.
Also what would be a good profession choice for pvp? My main has 450 JC (been too lazy to cap since cata) so I was trying to look outside of JC/BS which is what I've read alot..
