Regarding the 20% damage bonus to your next ability...
Does this apply only to abilities that inflict damage?
In PVE grinding, I enjoy opening with Cheap Shot, but if it will consume (and waste) the Shadowstep damage buff then I may begin opening with Garrote or change weapons/spec a bit to rely more on a powerful Ambush. Sadly I've a few more levels to go before I can conduct my own Shadowstep testing ;) Your insight is appreciated.

It only buff damage ability, but it wont consume it until you use a damage ability.
