Lantis finished his apple, and screwed the top of the jar back on. At that moment, a wolf came bounding over and sniffing the jar.
"Good thing it's not glass." chuckled Lantis.
He heard the dwarf. "Yes, because respect is insulting someone when they offer to help you pitch up the tent, isn't that right?"

John saw Nip sniffing something while he walked up, raising an eyebrow at the arguing.
"This is exactly why I'm not staying in this 'settlement,'" John said, "all of you will be at each other's throats soon enough while I'm out exploring and having a bit of fun for a change," he said with a chuckle.
"I've got sketched out maps for some food if anyone is willing to take up that offer," he said.
