Personally, I usually lean towards Aldor because they have some nice Hunter rewards, but that isn't to say Scryers don't.
Plus, since you're an alchemist,
Recipe: Elixir of Major Firepower
is only available to Scryers. If you're a sucker for learning all your profession's recipes, then you'll want to side with Scryers.
Cliff notes: Aldor are Aldorks, Scryers Scrymore, there's not much difference between them.
