Alexxa panted, she still hadn't managed to regain her energy after the first Scourge assault. If this kept up she'd black out.
She blinked behind a piece of wreckage and conjured a mana gem. She absorbed the energies and felt it would be enough to get her through this. A cone of arcane came from her palm and tossed skeletons into a jumble of bones that fellt to the ground.

"For the Scourge!"
Morec was exerting much energy, but the unholy powers within the very walls of Scourgehold kept him strong.
More and more Scourge rose, and more and more Scourge attacked Honor Hold. Soon it would fall.

Thrallmar
would be next!

"I'm ending this," he muttered, taking out a bomb now. It was a prototype, and his only one that he successfully made. It still needed more tweaks to be more powerful, but it would work.
"Set commands...," he muttered, taking a piece of charred scourge and holding in front of the bomb, the technology scanning it, "target identified...," he muttered.
"Alright," he said, tossing the bomb high into the air, a flash of light exploding before a hail of microscopic like metal began to fall all around.

Alexxa saw the metal come falling, and screamed. She didn't know what Anrein had done, and so she threw up another arcane shield around her to keep whatever it was from hitting her.

Anrein smiled, seeing his technology already go to work. He looked at a scourge soldier who was staggering back, roaring and trying to get the bits of metal off.
"Nanobots, only ones in existence and I had to waste it on this," he said, watching as the machines ate the scourge away, and only the scourge. He made sure the programming would end once all targets were destroyed, leaving the rest of Honor Hold safe.

"ARGH!" Morec dropped the gem as the flash of light spouted out from it, and it shattered as it hit the ground.
"What cheap trick was that!" he looked towards Honor Hold. "You seek to make a fool of me!" He pointed Bloodfester at the hold. "You have brought your death!"
The Scourge marched.

The rain of metal was over, and Alexxa thought the battle was over. She dropped the shield and looked at Anrein. "...good... work..." She breathed out, before collapsing.
She needed the rest, but she didn't realize how wrong she had been.

"Oh by the Light," he muttered, looking around for medics. All of the others were too busy with treating injured soldiers, so he simply looked at her, sighing.
"Just my luck," he said to himself, getting the elf up and carrying her to a nearby area where the wounded were being tended to.

The medics looked at Anrein harshly as he brought Alexxa over. One of them stopped to take the elf from him and gave him a glare to 'get going', so to speak.

Forge Camp Maggeddon
"I hope you idiots can keep this place safe!" Gazzeridan said, pointing to the legions of felguards. "Im off to patrol. The last hound hasnt come back and i would like to tend to its killer". Gazzeridan stomped off, avoiding Thrallmar. He saw a dead Felhound on the ground. Quickly inspecting it, he knew it was nor the alliance or horde forces killed it. It was another undead. "Foul Creatures..." Gazzeridan spat, as he lifted the corpse and swallowed it. In the distance he could see fighting at Honor Hold. Another lumbering creature was wandering aimlessly, as if it had lost its control.
"Pitiful creatures....dont you agree?" a voice came.
"Pitiful is an understatement, Dreadlord"
"Be that as it may. Their leader is unnaturally strong. It makes you wonder, what the hell happened" the dreadlord chuckled. Gazzeridan smiled in agreement.
"Well, are you up for a fight?" Gazzeridan asked.
"Oh no no. Not now, the fun has only begun"

"I save your lives and I'm exiled, shows what sense of moral you all have," he muttered, leaving now. He figured this place wasn't going to have him around much longer, so he began to use what money he had left and buy supplies, preparing to leave Honor Hold and set off by foot to the west.

"Destroy them all!" Morec commanded the hundreds of Scourge marching below him and Umbragos carried his master towards Honor Hold.
He'd been a fool to leave the first time he'd attacked, but not again.
This time, he would see the place

Anrein was far beyond Honor Hold when he saw it under siege again, scourge attacking constantly.
"Not like they'll even know I was there," he muttered under his breath. He kept his eye out, but for the most part he was well hidden among the Hellfire land, still traveling to the west.

Alexxa was completely out of it. But the medics weren't.
"The Scourge! The Scourge! They're back AGAIN!"
"Someone get to Danath! We must evacuate! The defenses have already fallen and Miss Everwind can't do a thing!"
Honor Hold was in flurry, civilians were trying to get out of the city with escorts from guards. The clerics left their posts with Alexxa tossed over one of the male's shoulder.

Anrein looked back to see people fleeing the fortress, now standing and watching.
"They can't just run in random directions, they'll get killed off by the demons here,"
he thought, wondering if he should do something. He sighed, knowing he would regret this, but for now had to since it was the right thing to do.
He took out a flare and shot it into the air, signalling where the living needed to go.
"And if the scourge come, I have a surprise for them,"
he thought.

The medics and the civillians tripped their way over the rocky land to where the flare was.

Anrein saw the soldiers and civilians flee towards him, showing his plan had worked. He knew they would either listen to him or try to go off on there own. It wasn't his problem either way, if they listened, they only had to follow him. If they didn't, he could just leave them to their demise.
"If they don't hurry, the scourge will get to us too quickly,"
he thought.

"Well Dreadlord, looks like we have an easy attack" Gazzeridan said, pointing towards a flare in the sky.
"What are we waiting for? Move along" the dreadlord laughed. "Oh, and call me Dethecus"
"Very well Dethecus. I am Gazzeridan"
The two demons marched onwards towards the flare.

Soldiers and living arrived at where he shot the flare, looking scared and confused. He saw scourge and demons marching towards him as well, expecting this though ahead of time.
"Your military owes me a lot of money after this!" he shouted, taking out one of his last devices he had. This was his only other defense he had, and once again it was a one time use device. He entered a few settings in before a shield went around, engulfing the civilians and soldiers in a protective, inpenetrable barrier.
"That took me a year and a half to develop! Hope you all actually appreciate it!" he shouted, still hating the occasional glares he was getting.
