Mardia

Character:
Beelzebub
Location:
Ninth Ring
Beelzebub slithered, literally as his legs seemed to be dragging on the floor now, to the corner of the ice block and peered around the side, gesturing for Coria to remain quiet.
A large pit was on the other side of the ice block, a curving slope like an impact crater descending deeply down before flattening into a ring of frozen blood. At the ground level six huge monstrous wings flapped about as if trying to fly away and lift the body they were attached to from the ice.
And the body was a massive thing, easily taller than the keep of Storwind herself if the legs frozen within the ice were not exaggerated from their reflective container. Huge and the colour of blood, it wore great pieces of elaborate and dangerous looking armour, runes which hurt the eyes if stared at inscribed the metal trappings of the beast.
Two massive pauldrons sat on its shoulders, great visages with one carved from black metal, but both with maws sharp toothed and open wide as if craving to feed. The second was made of a rotted and ill yellow looking metal, the face carved blotched as if diseased and disfigured. The real bright scarlet head of the monster had a large jutting jaw, fangs thrust out from both above and below with a pair of small tusks sticking out from the chin like spears, a long braided beard threading between them. Its eyes were closed in sleep, though its mouth retained a snarl even then, lip twisted as if expressing its hatred towards all things. Great horns like those of a goat curved from its skull and out of a thick mane of midnight black hair, the boney tips thrusting skyward and pointing to the ceiling and sky above.
Blood poured liberally from its closed eyes and those of its shoulder pads, pooling on the floor and seeping out of the ring in vein like streams. These thousands of tiny streams ran up the crater and deep into the Ninth ring like gravity itself deplored having to affect it.
Its arms were lying limply on the lake of frozen blood, huge talon tipped fingers the size of a horse stretched on the floor, one of them twitching on occasion as if the dreamer was rending a screaming innocent in his mindscape. Bracers were the sole adornment granted its arms, wrapping tightly about the limbs like shackles and leaving the rest of the red and heavily muscled skin bare. The bracers were engraved with screaming faces that seemed to shift and move slowly like they were in fact trapped souls trying to escape.
The legs, buried beneath the ice, were armored but had a curve to them like a goats, cloven hooves like the Draenai but a more apt comparison would likely be the Eredar tipped the feet like shoes. A curved tail with three pointed tips curved from its spine and upward with curved links composing its body like a carapace, the tri pointed end outside of the frozen ice and lying limply on the ground like the arms.
As the six wings beat they conjured up a chilling breeze, the cause of the freezing of the blood in the level. Every now and then one of the wings would give a great jerk, sending a particularly harsh and freezing wind rolling up the crater, the floor shaking somewhat and attesting that it was they who caused the tremors.
The sound of ringing metal came from the deep ring, its source apparent easily once one could tear their gaze from the abomination demanding all attention.
Great iron nails with runes glowing a soft blue stuck out of the ice, six pinning the wings to the frozen plasma of the floor. They were sturdy things even though they now wiggled loosely with every beat of the captive wings. Several more were also impaled in the monsters arms, keeping them firmly on the ice though these remained firmly in place on the creatures arms. The final three nails secured each point of the pronged tail to the floor securely, the heads hammered down right to the bony red bodies of the trident shaped tail.
It was Dante, standing on a small ladder before one of the great nails piercing one of the wings who was the cause of the metallic din. With a steady beat the Head Warden would raise his great hammer in both arms and bring it crashing down on the metal with a heavy blow. Though the nail was as tall as he was and its body nearly as wide as the Head Warden each hammer blow drove the nail slightly further back into the ice. This was the third of its kind to receive the treatment, two of the nails already firmly back in place and forestalling further tremors, though the wings still waved it was not with the force of those partially unhinged from the floor.
Gula, Acedia and Luxuria were on the frozen lower level with Dante, the three Under Wardens pointedly not looking at the abomination in their midst but instead casting their gazes at the edge of the pit their leader toiled away in.
"Ah, so that's it." Beelzebub murmured to himself as he stared at the Head Warden hammering away like a blacksmith.

Cyrus twisted the scythe, plunging it deeper and deeper into the former warden's exposed back. He barely drained enough energy to keep up the shield, but it still managed to protect him from acid, dissipating it before it reached him.

Character:
Asmodeus
Location:
Ninth Ring
The former warden saw the direction he was travelling, much to his horror, was over the acid that had reached their battle. Cursing avidly a pair of great bat like wings sprouted from his coat, the hybrid finally managing to right himself after some desperate flapping.
Gliding back to Jax he found the worgen collapsed on the icy floor. Suspicious, he landed and nudged the worgen with a booted foot.

Character:
Asmodeus
Location:
Ninth Ring
Asmodeus cursed and kicked the mouth off of his foot. "It would appear you are not dead, yet." Asmodeus muttered. "Still, no good to me like this." He added in afterthought. Walking behind Jax he clamped the jaws of the two skulls onto the worgens arms, lifting them both into the air with a flap of wings.
"Lets see... Perhaps Simon could get you working again." He mused as he traveled through the air towards where he knew the youthful warden had his... fort.

Character
: Cyrus
Location
: Ninth Ring
Cyrus snarled angrily and increased the intensity of the draining spell, his flaming shield driving the ice away. Still twisting the scythe through Dracus' body, he also thrust forward one of his hands into the dragonoid's abdomen, beginning to pull out his innards. The collar on the felblood's throat had been glowing and shaking for some time, and now it seemed to be corroding slowly despite the barrier of entropic fire that separated it from the acid.

Asmodeus, Simon
Location:
Ninth Ring
Asmodeus landed outside the small tent like structure Simon typically used. "Oi, Simon. Get out here." He called out.
"Aw man." Simon swore, looking to Sara apologetically. "Be right back." He assured. The flap was shoved aside by the juvenile warden who glared at Asmodeus. "Asmodeus? What the heck, I have a friend over."
"You don't have any friends." The snake tailed warden immediately retorted.
"Do too."
"Whatever, can you fix this?" Asmodeus asked, dropping Jax in a heap. Simon raised a brow and cautiously approached, picking up a sliver of ice and poking the worgen experimentally.

"Well, that's cool. But yeah, he's dead. Thoroughly, looks like you attacked him with a meat tenderizer."
"That's not what I'm asking. Can. You. Fix. Him." Asmodeus demanded with emphasis.
"Probably, but why should I?" Simon asked with a huff.
"Simple, I got a plan to get us all out of here." The skull fisted former warden said with a smirk. Simon hummed in thought for a moment, the prospect appealing.
"... All right, but if you're lying to me you know what'll happen." Simon threatened. Asmodeus shuddered slightly but nodded all the same.
"Fine, just do it." SImon shrugged and rolled up his sleeves, reaching down and grabbing Jax's shoulders with his childish hands.
