"Mmm, nithe thtretch. Jutht right," he commented.

"Well now, don't you know how to make a girl feel special." Luxuria chuckled lightly as she secured the felbloods arm in one of the cuffs, pulling a key from around her neck and locking it securely.

Luxuria laughed merrily and reached for the second cuff with the key.
The prison suddenly shook violently, floor fairly rolling in effect. The chains on the walls ratted violently against their stone braces and unsecured objects clattered to the floor.Luxuria squeaked in surprise and fell back, landing painfully on the stone floor on her derrier.

Gula cried out in surprise, bracing himself against a felhound as the floor shook, food tumbling off the golden plates scattered about. "Oh fel." The Under Warden swore as the tremors ceased.

Avarita pushed another stack of gold coins to join the rest, beginning to count out more from a small pile still on her desk when the tremors began. She gasped in surprise and wrapped her arms around the coins securely, a crash and rumble of stone and screams informed her one of the tunnels had collapsed.
"This is bad." She cursed.

Acedia lay, undistrubed as the floor rolled, his overly plush bed shaking in response. He only made a sound after the bed pitched him onto the floor, awakening him rudely.
"Huh? What?" The Under Warden asked moments before the door to his level was thrust violently open, Ira standing there with a worried expression.
"It was the tenth." Was all he offered in explanation. But it was all that was necessary as Acedia groaned and rose to his feet, following the warlike Under Warden to the next level.

Invidia roundly swore as the floor shifted beneath his feet. Grabbing a wall he managed to steady himself and work his way towards the door just as Ira passed him.

"Damn it, who the ^&*! hath woken up tho piththed?" Cyrus swore, shooting out his tongue, wrapping it around Luxuria's waist and helping her to stand up.

Luxuria, for the first in a very long time, had an expression of utmost and honest fear and panic. "Oh no, oh no oh no oh no." She murmured quickly, not even noticing as Cyrus helped her to her feet.

The door of the office was thrown violently open, Ira entering quckly. "Hey Luxuria we sho- wait, was I supposed to knock first?" He wondered aloud, standing in the middle of the room.
Avaritia strode in, smacking the other Under Warden on the back of his head with her notebook as she did so. "No matter, Luxuria. Come with us." She eyed Cyrus scathingly. "Your carnal tastes can wait." She added, adjusting her spectacles.
Luxuria started slightly and quickly nodded. "Right, yes." She turned to Cyrus with the same worried expression. "Now is not a good time, you had better go back to the cell." She informed him.

Aravitia merely smirked slightly. "I'll see what I can do." She told Cyrus, earning her a glance from the other two.

"I'm not joking, Warden. You thaw what I'm capable of in the jungle even without my magic. Unlethth you have something like a frakking forgotten one trapped here, I'm pretty sure I can tholve your problem," Cyrus said self-confidently, folding his arms on his chest.

Luxuria gave him an unimpressed look. "Please, you couldn't even kill Gula as he was, not to mention what he can be." Luxuria responded curtly before spinning on her heel with a flash of red hair and leaving the room in swift strides followed by Ira.
Aravitia wandered over to Cyrus and lightly patted his shoulder condescendingly. "With a tongue like yours I would have believed you would know when to hold it more." She told him, golden eyes examining him.

Aravitia pulled her hand away and shrugged. "Hmm, afraid not. The shaft collapsed but regardless I need to deal with this. I'll see you there. " She said cryptically, moving towards the entrance of the office.

The six Under Wardens stood at attention in Dante's office, the Head Warden seated behind his large desk with fingers arched against each other before him. A light rumble shook the office, though not nearly as powerful as the first. Superbia was absent, his task that of maintaining the door to the ninth level remained secured.
"I'm afraid it is as we feared. The nails have loosened and he is beginning to strain against them. If we do not act soon, they will be pulled from the walls completely." Dante solemnly informed his underlings. To a man the Under Wardens exchanged concerned looks, even Acidia appeared more awake and alert than usual.
Aravitia pushed her glasses back up her nose, gold eyes calculating as she observed her superior. "Would I be correct in assuming you have a stratagem then?" She asked.
Dante said nothing for a moment, then reached down and placed Judgements Gavel on the desk before him. The Under Wardens stared at the item of rank on the table, its meaning clear. "We will have to descend into the depths of the Ninth Level, and hammer the nails back in." Luxuria shivered in fear at that and Gula cracked his jaw experimentally at the news.
"That's insane." The gluttunous Under Warden protested. "The old Head Wardens will tear us apart as soon as we start getting close to the inner level." Gula said cuttingly.
Dante nodded and leaned back in his chair, shadows obscuring his features. "I am aware. However, I have no intention of not providing us with every possible advantage."
"Meaning?" Invida prompted.
"We will send down the prisoners who survived The Hunt first." Dante informed the other wardens coldly. "They have proven to have some survival abilities. They should provide the old Head Wardens enough of a distraction to give us enough time to hammer the nails back in. Once we are finished we will round up those convicts that survive, and decide what to do with them from there." The Under Wardens were silent for a moment in contemplation of their masters words.
"It is the only reasonable solution." Acedia agreed, much to the surprise of the others.
"Agreed, so when shall we proceed?" Invidia asked, his voice echoing from his mask.
"...Dawn." Dante replied grimly.

Cyrus silently began devouring all the bland, tasteless prison food he could get his hands on. Somewhy, a premonition nested inside his twisted mind that he was about to meet something as nasty as he was again, and pretty soon.
