Lol, I was so about to type a paragraph. 244 hit rating is great, but your crit & AP seem low with that MS build (I presume you are testing Endless Rage?).

When they start dodging does their character look different? If they seem to fade out they most likely used evasion, which would make them dodge more. Other than that all I'd say is Overpower is your friend. There are some great macros for stance dancing in the stickied threads.

No. The attacker's hit rating has nothing to do with the defender's dodge rating. A player could (in theory) have 100% chance to hit & a rogue may still dodge.
Expertise is the stat you are looking for & you can find more information about what it is and how it works in the Warrior FAQ at the top of the forums.

To the OP:
You have 244 hit rating without Precision -- that is 291 with a proper Fury build. There is good reason to adjust your current hit rating down by 47 points in favor of other stats such as crit or AP -- probably safe to lower it even more, depending on the items in question.

ok aredeni i have a question.if i have alot of alot of hit rating will that make the rogue less likely to dodge my attacks .becease i am arms buil 31/30 .full t6 but they stay dodging and dodging and i cant get a grip of it pls.
how does one get full t6, pick a build like 31/30, and not know the answer to this question?

I personally do not believe a player can learn the
game behind the game
™ without external reading & knowledge. Sure, a player can understand general concepts, but without some definition or guidance, many basic principles remain in the dark.
However, I will admit that the current state of the game, due to its age, has categorized many of these principles as common knowledge. Of course, this does not mean we should take an attitude (or instill a tone) which discourages
any
player(s) from seeking knowledge.
