S3 gear rating requirements?

I read that weapons have 1850 rating requirement and shoulders 2000 rating, and nothing else did. I have read this in several places.

Note that this is not your teams rating, but your 'personal rating'. The way the personal rating works is that you gain or loose points when you win and loose just like normal, only that your personal rating remains static if your team plays games without you. So if 1 player in a team is better than some others over time they will have a higher personal rating. Presumably it applies across all teams that you are in too.

As for confirming these things as 100% true, just wait for s3. It's only 3 days away. And don't worry about what to buy, because as all team rating are reset at the start of the new season, nobody will be getting any rating requirement items at the start of the first week.
