Rupture is most definitely better than Evis. The reason being is that Rupture damage is not determined by Armor (Evis is) and Rupture scales much better with AP as opposed to Evis.

2s/5r means a two combo point slice and dice, 5 cp rupture. 2 piece Tier 4 increases slice and dice time by 3 seconds making 1s/5r viable, and boosting your dps. Another thing about rupture is it is affected by Mangle, so make sure you bring a feral druid.
