That's a huge increase in damage output.

is a better build, but it depends I suppose. If you have the money to twink, play around with a few builds. This one assumes you're hitting more while Goombastomp seems to be anti-rogue. I figure you have stuns, bubbles, and healing to deal with them.

With the Glyph of Hammer of Justice (with Seal of Command for your second one), you're looking at keeping your opponents stunned for about 16% of the time if you use it as often as possible. Combined with Seal of Command's Judgment, Blessing of Kings, Divine Strength, etc, you've got a fairly hefty arsenal that scales very well with gear.
