Well I recently started trying to level as Resto, and i found that it is easier to level with it. Easier, but slower. What Ive been using so far is Searing Totem, Mana Stream Totem, Earth Shield, Flame Shock and Flametongue. Thus far, I havent been dropped past 2.5k health by mobs (except Fel Reaver since he attacks from behind everytime). If my mana drops below 50% Ill usually use the Mana Tide totem if its not on CD. I like it so far, and I may just stick with it up until 70. All I need is Int gear to be able to keep going as at 60 I only have 3.8k mana, :P. Either that or I need alot more mp5.
