Rested at lvl cap get you more gold from questing?

Pre-80, when you quest rested you get more xp than non-rested. At 80, when you get gold instead of xp, do you get more gold if you're rested?

You have that wrong. Pre-80 you got more experience for killing monsters while rested but it had no impact on the experience rewards from quests (or on the conversion to money at max level).
