Does anyone know of an updated mod that lists the respawn timers for raids? I know NaturEnemyCast bar used to show respawn times, but I read somewhere that the mod would not be updated after 2.4. Does anyone know of another one out there?

NECB's original author announced an intent to drop the addon come 2.4, since he was no longer playing the game. However, it was picked up by at least one other programmer (I believe three showed interest). WowInterface, at least, has that new version.

Yeah, I think it's being jointly developed by somewhere between 2 and 3 people. NECB shall live on.
