I guess the first question I have, is are you tanking... If you're not, then you're wasting a LOT of points you don't need to be, and missing out on some of the key parts to being Blood Spec. You could increase your DPS, and therefore lower the amount of time that you're in combat. Here's how I would do that...
-->You can lose the points in Anticipation. Instead (keeping the points in that tree) fill up Morbidity, increasing the damage of a primary Runic Power dump by 15%.
-->Fill up Epidemic, which will allow you to get a couple more attacks in where you get the Disease bonuses... (4 actually, with Global CD being where it is.)
-->Toughness can be dumped until you start getting "real" gear. I like the talent, but at 72, I don't imagine that you have a TON of armor, but the reason you put points there is either because you're tanking, or you're trying to boost Bladed Armor. If its the second reason, then here's the math. With me being an 80, with 13.5k base armor, I get a total bonus of 65AP by having 5/5 Toughness. At lower levels, you don't have 13.5k base armor, so the resulting extra AP is even less. So take the points out of there.
-->Fill up Butchery, giving you extra Runic Power through the fight, and after the fight (for the next one), and also fill up Subversion, giving you a total of 9% crit chance on 2 of (what should be) your most used attacks.
-->Fill in Bloody Strikes, and increase the damage of (again what should be) THE most important attack by 30%.
-->Toss another point into Bloody Vengeance, which buffs you for another 1% increased damage for 30 sec. after dealing a Crit.
-->Make sure you have picked up HEART STRIKE! By far, the most important attack that I have as a Blood Spec. It accounts for about 30-35% of my total damage output at this point, and that is as much or more than I deal in basic White Damage.
-->How did you get all those extra points? Well, dump Blade Barrier... the 10% parry is nice, but honestly, (again) if you're not tanking, you could be throwing out a LOT more dps, and killing targets faster, making it less worthwhile.
The resulting spec looks a little something like this

This is all my personal preference, the reason I suggest it, is because it worked well for me. At this point, I can't imagine that you're doing a whole lot of instances, and therefore, shouldn't really be "tanking". If you are, we're in a totally different ballgame, and I just wasted 20 minutes. I hope this helped!

Straight from
www.ElitistJerks.com--->You also get a buff called Hysteria that is usable every three minutes on a single target which increases the target’s physical damage by 30% for 30 seconds, but deals periodic damage to them. It is generally accepted that the best use of this (strictly from a PvE raid DPS perspective) is on the highest physical damage dealing warrior or feral druid.
Use on a hunter (due to the buff not affecting pet damage, and hence a large part of the hunter’s DPS), death knight (due to a large amount of magic damage), retribution paladin (same reason as a death knight) or rogue (due to a massive amount of poison damage) is not recommended.<---
Now, while we don't use spell damage, many of our attacks are considered Magical... or spell based. So to use it on yourself, is almost a waste. An extra 20% to white damage over 30 seconds, is not that great in the long run. Again, I point out that I'm there to DPS my ass off, not switch targets so someone else can deal more damage, while I lose out on overall DPS. Its like 2 steps forward, and 1 step back. And for my other point, with the Damage dealt to whoever you "buff"... I used to heal, and I know that I would simply hate this being done to me in my raid. Why would I want to throw out another 6k in heals (to a 20k health warrior) when I don't have to?
