I have a 52 feral druid and I noticed another 52 druid in my guild had about 1k less hp but 200 more AP. I loaded stamina/agility whereas he loaded strength/agility. My theory was that higher stamina=better survivability in bg's, and loading agility would still give me decent AP in cat form.

However seeing the other druid's AP (860 I think-my AP is normally 660...but Tiger's Fury was on when I logged out, so it jacked my AP by like 200) made me realize that my damage (in pve--instances, etc.) won't be as good. Looks like I'll be tanking!

I plan to pvp a lot at 58-60, so I'm not going to invest a bunch of gold in new gear, but even with my lower AP (my crit is 23.44% I think), I still manage to hold my own against other people. I even 3-shotted a lvl 50 mage in Felwood yesterday.

I was just curious for opinions on the subject. Thanks!

While leveling I always tried to stack up on str/agi, but I am on a carebear server and didn't bg uch while leveling. I guess I'd try to get some stam in there if I as on a pvp server.
