Maybe more something like this if you want to go 41 pts in arms:

wow, you put 40 points in arms and DIDNT get endless rage? You could, idunno, take 1 point out of imp Hamstring.
You will never use overpower in pvp, but you may use HS.
And if your gunna pvp, Second Wind is pretty much required. Blood Frenzy is a raiding talent.
5/5 UW < 1/1 AM for a 2h arms war. Put those 5 points into somthing less craptastic.
Id take points out of commanding pressence, and put 3 into blood craze and enrage.
Try this:

Hey all.
The build below is one I'm considering for 3v3 and 5v5. Nitpick until you're content, its appreciated.

It'll work. But for 3v3 or 5v5 try this instead

Sweeping Strike for multiple targets. Careful, don't want to do it near cc'd opponent.
Blood Frenzy on the main target that is focused, by putting rend on it.
Booming voice, which is really beneficial for the party.
Maximizing your DPS since your homies (clothies and leathers) will be targeted first. Good teams will cc you like crazy, druids especially (entangling roots and cyclone).

I'm sorry but never use overpower in PvP?
Why do you think it's called overpower? It speaks for itself, average crit chance is 25% and with imp overpower that's a 75% chance to crit, I use it all the time in PvP if I have less than 50 rage I'll stance dance and use it.
I never use heroic strike in PvP either, it's a waste of rage as far as I'm concerned, I'd rather spend that 15 rage on I dunno, a sunder perhaps? You'll make up for the extra damage caused by HS in the long run as your allies will also be doing physical damage to them as well.
But why use one? Why not use 5 sunders = 2600 armor gone, and on your average warlock/mage they will have less than 0 armor so your physical damage done to them will be unhindered.

Hold on a minute with the math. It's not 50%+whatever you have. It's not addittive.
It's 50% of what you have added to what you already have.
So say you have 26% crit, 50% of that is 13%, so Overpower will have a 26%+13% = 39% to crit.
And yes Heroic strike is barely used in PVP. You'll be rage starved alot of time to do a "rage" dump. Overpower? Hell yes. I'd rather used excess rage with sunder and demo shout.
