Raid Healer + Arena Spec

I need a Raid Healer first, arena spec second, talent spec. I looked through the forum at some of both, and read the faq at the top for healers, and didnt see my specific issue.
This is what i came up with:

From what i can tell, i'm really only missing 2 talents that i saw in every arena spec i looked at. Furor, and Natural Perfection. Well i really would rather have imp mark for raids over furor, and i didnt see anything i could drop to get natural perfection.
What do you guys think? Ive been playin my prot war up to TK/SSC the last year, so i havnt been keeping up with druid stuff.

If u are going to raid heal, ur specc sux,
if u are going to arena, ur specc sux.
I mean u cant raid with arena specc, but u can play arena with pve specc.
And as u have skipped Natural Perfection u cant play arena..
So specc 1/0/60 for an good raid specc, and kinda good arena specc.

The only somewhat important thing you are missing on for PvE healing is Living Spirit (ie ~70-100 spirit depending on stuff and buffs).

Yea i realize that. But when i was reading the FAQ at the top, He made Living Spirit sound sort of crappy. That even with 1000 spirit, which no one has, it would be a negligable boost to healing in tree form.
I figured those would be the best 3 points to skimp on to get natural shapeshifter.
Im not a total nub, i know this spec wont suck for raid healing like terni suggests. In fact the only raid talent im missing that i would prefer to have is Living spirit, and its losses are not huge. All the other resto talents are for HT and Tranquility. Tranquility is situational at best in a 25man raid, and while i can change out of tree form for HT, i prefer to save HT for emergencies only using it with NS, and rely soley on hots for my primary heals.
I have done this before, its not like ive never raid healed before. My question was more on the side of "are their any vital arena talents im missing, and if so where would be the best place to take points from raid healing to get them".
I will talk to my guild, see if they require me to have 5/5 imp motw. if not i'll probably get furor, if for nothing else, so i can do a feral charge the second i change to bear form.

Well i looked around at the other resto druids in the guild, most didnt have imp motw either, and the guild seems to do a lot of pvp, so i went with furor.

I took 3 points out of Natures Focus. I figure, it really only help with regrowth, since i use NS for HT. And i can always pop barkskin if i need to keep from being inturupted during any cast, including regrowth.
