Question to rogues who raid

this may be a noob question but it's still an honest question so...
On my server i hardly ever see any rogue i know is raiding with daggers, ie being in a raid with said rogue or seeing a rogue from a top end guild.

so...does this mean combat daggers focused on backstab damage are poor or am i missing something in these builds?

seems like alot of +dmg to backstab and with good gear backstab should have a 60% chance to crit which in my opinion makes a BS combat build look like a monster, mind you i've only ever been to kara and gruuls so my raiding expeirence is low and my rogue is only 52 atm.

Combat daggers falls slightly behind the sinister striking builds. It's not by a tremendous margin, but you'll find even the smallest differences are considered significant in the min-maxing realm of end-game PVE. Most end-game raiding rogues are combat swords or one of the other sinister striking variants.

If you want a proper combat daggers build, use the one from the compendium.
