An armory link and some specifics on what your problems with rogues and restodruids are would help us help you.
If I was to take a guess I'd say your partner probably isn't peeling dps off you enough, though.

Playing Holy in 2on2 on ~1650 with alot of problems against certain setups such as Warlock+HPala, Warrior+RShaman or Rogue+RShaman/RDruid. Got a feral druid as partner as well. The result of the games often depends on lucky Psychic screams and CC Chains. If we can't achieve those, games last atleast around 6-15 minutes with the result losing slowly.

I'm playing feral/Disc at 2080-2100 right now. What comps is it you're struggling with? Like resto druid/rogue (as a team) or resto druids/rogues in general?

Most of the time when we run into a resto druid we keep him CCd for as much of the match as we can. Between Mind control and fears from me and cyclones and hibernates (if he switches to bear to bash or to travel form) from my feral then we eventually put out enough pressure to where we can set up a kill on his partner.
Rogues are usually about living through the opener. Once I get kidneyed my feral will cyclone the rogue. If he trinkets he goes into a bash or into a fear and misses a lot of it. After that its just about keeping him dotted so he doesn't restealth, and keep yourself topped off. Rotate cooldowns too. Don't pop everything at once unless you're for sure gonna die with out them. But once you get some gear tanking them will be easier.
Priests are already pretty bad off right now, and without pvp gear it feels even worse. Really the comp depends how well your feral is at keeping people off you. He shouldn't be too hard to heal except through a good/geared warrior or caster cleaves. If they focus you then it takes good communication/CC chains to get anything done.
Changes are coming though. There's still a lot of negativity towards the priest changes saying its not enough, but I'm relatively happy that things will at least be better!
If there's certain comps you ever run into and struggle with let me know and I'll post our strats against them.
