You want:
4% hit - So your Fears and Mind Control/offensive spells/Dispels hit
Either 195 (I think) or 239 Spell Pen (for Mage Armor) - So your Fears and other Shadow spells don't get resisted
More resilience is always good, but 2.9k resilience and two epic PVE trinkets (Core of Ripeness and DMC: Greatness) are serving me well as a Human Priest; I can survive double DPS in 2's and have outlasted a Resto Druid in a 3's match (though his gear probably played a factor as well...). I can't really vouch for 3's and 5's survivability though. However, a lot of people are shying away from burning a Priest first.
Always reforge to Spirit when possible (unless you're being fancy with reforging hit - but you have to know what you're doing, which I assume you don't...)
