PvE gear lvl 70 token rewards?

Hey, thought some ppl might be able to help me out here...
So i was looking for what gear i could be upgrading from heroic
rewards...
Problem is that i dont really see any big improvement...or maybe stuff i
dont realize
For example...what cloak to take? should i go for Blood
Knight War Cloak or Dory's embrace?
Should i really replace bladefist breach for the Bloodlust brooch?
Since i will loose 26 critrating and gain 72 AP.
Choker of vile intent or the PvP neck since it has a socket, wich u can
put in 4 critrating and 8 AP.
And this is just for PvE asking...

nah atm i only have like 6k mana, and even with mana effiancy...
i burn that pretty easily :p

well, i was directing more to heroics/raids wich imo MM is still better then BM
But hey opinions differ id say...
