ok.... so
Prowl
reduces the movement speed of your pet by 40%... and i assume youre talking about putting a point into
Bestial Swiftness
wich is an OUTDOOR movement speed increase of 30%. so lets say that with both you only lose 10% of your pets movement speed... but since your pet doesnt stay in Prowl while its attacking that really isnt that big of a deal. Bestial Swiftness in my opinion is a total waste of a point, ESPECIALLY since its limited to outdoor movement. Alo keep in mind that talents like
Serpent's Swiftness
and
Frenzy
only apply while in combat so the slowing effect of Prowl is irrelevant to them as well.
