May I suggest you add:
Cord of Raven Queen
from Guardians of Hyjal - Exalted.
Fairly easy to obtain, especially if you level up in Hyjal and wear their tabard in dungeons.

I think you'll want the Spirit + Haste pieces over the Mastery and Crit ones.
Then again, I typically play with 500+ ms, so all Haste is welcome for me personally...
