How does this build look for PVP?

I know I would be using a slow MH weapon for the
Hemo
but what about the OH? Does it work like Mutilate using both weapons or is it a MH attack like SS? I dont PVP much atm so I dont know if it would be a viable build. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. =)

The above is my attempt to fix some DPS problems that I'm having at the moment. It's also designed to take advantage of the Glyph of Envenom, which allows you to use Envenom without consuming poison applications, hence the lack of Improved Poisons.

just something i thought up of as a pvp orc rogue, idea is to use axes and use them to make hemo hit hard. and the one point in imp ss is just idk a filler but maybe if i tinker around with it some i can make it ok. let me know what u think :)
