Possible PvP Respec-Assistance Please?

Alright, so, this is the spec I have been using for months and months now:

It seems to me, in the past few weeks, I have had several hunters, well geared hunters, tell me that my spec is totally wrong for PvP and I have wasted many points. I can see where concussive barrage and combat experience is a waste, but dont see many problems other than that. I love the marksman tree, I refuse to switch to BM or survival. All I do is PvP and I have been socketing for AP lately. Mostly, I just get hell cuz I have 13k HP... SO, I was thinking of speccing to one of these two:

Honestly, leaning more towards 0/43/18, but dont like the thought of giving up improved stings and the extra crit chance of multi, but do like improved traps... Anyways, I cant decide, any input you guys might have would be much appreciated! Thanks!

No response? Guess maybe 0/43/18 is the way to be for PvP then? Im so smart! Ill only have 12,374 HP after the respec though LOL

So, I take it you have improved revive pet so you can rez faster in arenas? I thought it, along with swiftness was a waste of points, no offense, I think your build is good. Just heard from a lot of MM hunters that the good specs have no points in BM tree. And why not deterrence? It appears like kind of a gimped version of rogues evasion. Wouldnt this help in PvP immensely? Im TOTALLY not downing on your build or anything, Just trying to get the best info, cuz I dont wanna start paying 50g for respecs, Ive only had to respec once cuz I ran outta points for silence... TY for your input though! =)

Well, currently with this build, the ONLY class I have trouble with is rogues and pallies. Rogues cuz SF only lasts so long and has a long CD, and pallies cuz of bubble heal. SO why would I fail against something with a mana pool if the respec Im thinking of only drops my HP by 700, but increases multi damage, and increases traps, and I get deterrence? Cuz other than that, it really doesnt change a lot. Like I said, not trying to argue, just looking for your opinion, maybe Im missing something your seeing?
