Orcloc. If you are to raid you'll need to improve your gear on serveral aspects. The thing you lack most i think is Hit and if you're going to join a serious raiding guild you really need to get more hit. But getting your below-80 epic replaced and enchanted correctly will do the job.

I'm having some DPS issues myself with an aff build. In heroic 5s I top the boss dps now and then but my overall is in the gutter because trash doesn't live long enough for my dots to matter. What should I do vs. the trash? Just bolt spam?

You might want to try and respec to 56/0/15 or 51/5/15 or something of the sort; you have some DPS improving talents that could be used (Imp COA, Malediction, Ruin) and some other stuff that you just plain dont need for raiding (fel concentration, Imp DS).
As far as working against trash, anyone who judges you vs. trash is not very smart, as trash isn't usually an issue. Really our job as warlocks is to whup up on the boss. That said, I tend to rock a Seed of Corruption spam/Haunt rotation against 3+ trash, which is mana intensive but does ok damage, if you really care about your total Recount score.

Imo at this point you should focus more on hit rating be because for a lvl 83 boss is too damn low. You might want to add some points in Suppression for that ;)
