1/10.
No offense, not trying to pick. You're new to the class, but this doesn't mesh at all. I don't know what you're trying to do here, and I don't think you do either. Let's look at some of the major "Huh?" moments that need to be addressed.
Suppression 5/5: this only affects your dots, and 5/5 is only useful in a raiding environment. Yet you've gone heavy destro? No. This should only be seen in deep affliction builds.
Imp Curse of Agony 2/2: Not a good talent. In group PvE, you never use this curse. In grinding and PvP, you rarely use it. You've skipped Soul Siphon and Imp Drain Soul on the second tier, both of which are vastly better.
Imp Searing Pain 3/3: Highly specialized talent. Given the questions asked, I assume you're not deep in raids yet... Has some use in a PvP fire/destro build, wasted points in PvE as you won't use a spell that has extra aggro all that often.
Emberstorm 2/5: If you're going fire/destro for PvP - SELL OUT. You should be dumping every point you can spare into boosting that fire damage, because its not going to be all that good if you don't. If that's not what you're trying for, you shouldn't be dumping points here.
Shadowfury: PvP talent, with a mediocre lead up in destro and nothing in demo. Not good.
On the whole, this build looks like you're trying to assemble something for PvP. Keep in mind that the destro tree tends to be the weakest of the three in this environment. But if that's what you're committed to, this is better:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=IV0bZbxZxx0trhtAuVoWith this you focus on your nuking. Your fire does a good chunk of damage, you've got some instant bolts from Backlash, more efficient life taps and a couple of instant dots to throw on people. You're very good if you can sit back behind the lines and blast away, not so hot when someone is trying to separate your spleen from the rest of you.
