I currently use
this
spec. It works fine for me. As for fighting a Rogue, drop either Searing or Magma totem, one or the other works. Drop Grace of Air because of the agility bonus. Also drop stoneskin and poison cleansing totem so their melee damage and some poisons will be negated somewhat. Then, use Shamanistic Rage and pray you kill him before he kills you(which the latter is more likely to happen). Also, you could sacrifice one point somewhere in the Enhance tree for 5/5 Toughness if you want.

It's coming along nicely. A Shaman o the move all the time without having to worry about snares is a happy one, me being one of them, lol.
