It seems people are misunderstanding this concept
It's not new, for one thing.
All actions in your body, be it thought or muscle movement, produces a slight electrical wave, which is what the scientist now use to measure a person's reactivity to different stimuli.
This takes that concept, and as you concentrate on certain train of though, such as "forward" the sensors can pick that up and move you forward in the game.
It is extremely crude at this point in time, and it's the person that needs to adjust to the machine, not the other way.
it can't perform complex actions as many people believe, and you need to experiment with yourself to adjust to how to use the controller
