is much better, but there can be changes made depending on what your raid has.
If you have another Arms Warrior with Blood Frenzy already, you can drop points in there to fill out Flurry.
You can also move some points from Iron Will to Imp Thunder Clap if needed.
If you don't already have another DPS warrior with at least 2/5 Imp Demo shout you can put some points into there.
If you have a Warlock using Curse of Recklessness you may want to go 5/5 Imp Demo.
But thats the basic set up.

I'm not using a Arms PvE DPS build. I'm using an Arms PvP build. That I should change especially with the 2.3 changes. My WoW subscription is up so I couldn't respec if I wanted to.
It all depends on what you're trying to maximize for. PvE or PvP. They use slightly different builds. So it comes down to if you want to mix-max or not. When you said DPS I figured you were leaning towards the Raid PvE side of the game. Thats what the build I gave was focused on.
And "leaving the door open" for other weapon specs is a waste of points honestly. Need to pick one or the other to maximize your use of talent points.
