I wouldn't understand how SoComm and One handed expertise go together
on a side note
reckoning diminishes in effect as your gear gets better, that's why, also, one handed expertise is to everything, including consecration, holy shield, etc
nice for Single target tanking, godly for Multi-mob tanking
