I have 2 of these

and I have mongoose on the main hand. My dilemma is what would be good enchant to throw on the off hand one. I have an assassin specced rogue but I did go far enough in the sub tree to get serrated blades for the obvious reasons the extra armor reduction with the armor reduction of the dagger very nioce! Executioner seems to be a good choice or another mongoose? I'm not sure on how all the math works so I do not know which one will give the best output, but before I spend the mats to do either one I kinda want to know which one will help me the most?

Sorry I have been grinding PVE rogue not much in the way of instance runs as of yet. My guild is slowly building to some end game instance runs so I have been getting into the PVP Arena and the typical BG stuff gearing up for when the guild is ready for Kara and whatever else we can handle.
