ok i'm sorry but most of the poeple on the alliance are kids like you said and you are asking for a pvp realm thats more grown up? i know the horde on the realm Laughing Skull are nice to new players so maybe the alliance are ok. i don't know about the alliance i play horde

My experience is limited (but then how many people actually play on so many servers that they could offer a real perspective?) but from what I have seen horde vs alliance makes no difference. Both factions have nice players quietly enjoying themselves somewhere and noisy children making a fuss and looking for attention. If anything the biggest difference is that alliance on my server has more people total both good and bad.
I would not go to a pvp server looking for maturity. From what I have seen having the option to attack players who don't stand a chance against you does not attract particularly friendly personalities.
