For the segmented all you need is eePanels (Ace2), I beleive the raid frames you want are Grid but I don't use it so I am not certain, and I think agUF can do the other ones you wanted, for the minimap I would check into Simple Minimap (Ace2) which allows you to move the minimap and square it like that. If you are going to use eePanels like that I would also suggest getting a viewpoint mod of some kind, Ace has one called Apeture that will do it.
Personally I didn't like segmenting like that but lots of people do.
