No... no it's not. Vile poison is taken to reduce your enemy's chance of dispelling your poisons. Envenom should not be used.

at the same time thats the only real reasion i see people spec like this. 1 way or another the poison will eventually go away. so i prefer to get them on more targets faster and have more dmg from evis. altho i do see what you mean but i dont often see people actually dispel poisons much They dispell all the time.
