I upgraded from your current offhand to the Fetish, and I like it. Don't worry about crit too much, especially if you're fire spec. The Fetish is a good dmg upgrade, plus the haste is nice in PVE... especially for fire since fireball has a 3 second cast. Not to mention it has good stats. Then again the Flametongue is only 25 badges... so why not get both? :)

Spell Haste is an interesting stat. If you're hit-capped
and
have mana left at the end of the fight
and
you don't have problems with threat/aggro, I'd say go for haste.
You may not able to tell a difference until you stack more than just the offhand (try complementing it with the 75 badge leggings.)
