about the magic duel. I really liked how they made the Arabian ponies. Both the garb they're wearing and the fact their body shapes are based on Arabian Horses.

I'll be honest, that part seemed a little off to me. Still, I suppose it was nessescary for a childrens show. "It is my duty to enter the dreams of the sleeping" sounds ALOT less creepy than "It is within my power" which basicly sums up to "I do it 'cause I can."

I was pleasantly surprised by it. I was basically expecting:
Act 1: Scootaloo goes camping.
Act 2: Scootaloo hears scary stories- gets scared.
Act 3: Scootaloo learns lesson, resolves fear issues.
Having Luna appear in a meaningful, kind, helpful sense was a treat. And then Rainbow Dash being all sweet and empathetic to Scoots (and helping her fly at the ends).

There's been dozens of rumours before, and they almost all ended up wrong.
And we don't know what Hasbro's gonna do. They could either A: Make the show follow after the toys again, and do more Pretty Pretty Princess Pony episodes, or B: They can make more toys that are modeled after the show, being that there are dozens and dozens of unused costumes and ponies that could be used for toys.
The latter is smarter, because G4 has been wildly more successful than either of the generations before it, and with MLP winning TV Guide's
Best Fans Contest
and
Derpy Hooves Toy
being the 4th most searched toy in the entire US, beating out Transformers by six spots, Hasbro, if they're smart, is going to want to keep this golden goose laying for as long as possible, which certainly wouldn't call for drastic changes.
And with Derpy being the 2012 Comic-Con MLP toy, a vinyl mold at Hot Topic, and ALL OVER the IDW comic, I think we're actually more at risk of them pulling a Spongebob and over-marketing to us rather than the opposite.

Well, assuming this it's even partially accurate, it sounds like Hasbro has already done just that by pushing for and (hopefully not) turning Twilight into an Alicorn Again, I don't believe the rumour.
