2nd, dual-specs is supposed to come with next huge upgrade ( with new dungeons and stuff ).
When dual-specs will be live, it will be written all over the place. On wowhead, on blizzard.com, on mmo-champion, etc...

I don't think it'll be too far off. I think Blizz finally realised that they'll never solve the tank/healer shortage as long as the tanking/healing classes need to spec DPS to be able to play. Duh!
Well, I play a holy paladin and I don't need to be dps to play so :-p Personally, am speccing tank for my second spec so as to aid instances. I can farm things fine in a holy spec, or tank spec (haven't played tank since tbc though) But, that'll solve the problem of healer/tank shortages, being a healer/tank yourself :-p

its a sad truth but most people blame the healer if the tank dies even though the healer did everything right
1. If the tank dies, it's the healer's fault.
2. If the healer dies, it's the tank's fault.
3. If the DPS dies, and 1 is not true, then it was suicide.

I often openly take responsibility for when the tank dies as a healer. If I'm not able to keep the tank alive, it is my fault. There isn't a lot the tank can do to get himself killed besides running and aggroing new mobs or letting a dps take aggro, which good tanks never do. And if I take aggro, the tank isn't good enough, I healed for Nexus with a 72 tank while I was 76, I never took aggro. If I take aggro from a like leveled tank, that tank sucks.
On topic: I really cannot wait for dual specs. I'm resto, but love being balance. One of my favorite tanks in my guild just switched to Holy, and there have been times where we are both in an instance group, and I have to dps as resto because he's a better healer than me in most cases.
