Agreed. Fights where there is massive amounts of group damage (Void Reaver, Aran after his Pyroblast, etc), Shaman kick some serious trash. Chain Heal is a fantastic healing ability. Fights where only one or two people are taking damage at a time (Midnight, Moroes, Maiden), we do so-so.
Also, piecake is win. Do it.
