What are you looking for, in particular. Moonkins in PvE? PvP? Moonkin video guides?
Plugging my own Youtube channel with a direct link seems pointless, because 95% of my videos does NOT feature any moonkin what so ever. I do, from time to time, upload PvE boss kills, so these might be relevant, although I haven't made many for Cataclysm. Here are the two that exist:
Guild vs Halfus (normal)

Guild vs Valiona and Theralion (normal)

Now, I'll turn the topic back on you: What kind of videos are you looking for? I've been toying with the idea of making some more moonkin oriented videos, but I have managed to delay any project so far. But I suppose it wouldn't be too difficult to whip up some video on some subject - what's your fancy?
