The best i do as a T4/badge geared moonkin (+2 T5 and Belt of Blasting) is 1050-1100 dps on Alar phase 1. On less skewed fights/phases , i can easily hit 750-800 dps and go up to 900 if I'm at 100% (not always easy when leading the raid at the same time).
That's mostly without elem chaman or shadow priest.
As for T6 geared moonkins : Madrox, Vandiego, Benita, Calyane are names you could try to check (I'm not sure for all of them but from reading the EJ moonkin thread they should all be fully decked to quite advanced in T6 content). The commonly "talked about" dps level is around 1400, but some of those have been able to put out quite more.
Moonkin vs feral : moonkin dps scales better than feral (CoS, Misery, 4 T5 bonus). However, that's more of a high gear level thing, moonkins will have many crippling mana problems at the beginning, forcing them to restrict their rotation dps wise to increase their dpm. And then there's always the skill of both players to be considered.
Some comments on your template :
- 199 +hit seems a bit wasted, are you not taking Balance of Power ? With it, the cap is at 152 only.
- same for Moonfury, it's one of our direct dps increase talents, why not take it ?
I'm asking those questions because there are templates that allow you to take all core dps talents without leaving out Celestial Focus (

Currently I have 199 hit rating, about 800+ bonus damage, and a little less than 30% crit with Wrath and Starfire. Wrath hits for 1000 crits for 2000 and starfire hits for 1500 crits for 3000.
Maybe it's just me, but your numbers seem a little low to me. I am a newly 70 druid. I only have 8 hit rating and 624+ damage. My wraths hit for 970 and crit for 1800 and my starfires hit for 1500 and crit for about 3000. Here is my armory:

I find that not having Celestial Focus doesn't hurt my ability to solo or PVP too much.
As for "super geared" balance druids, I have generally looked at Aragore. Armory:
