well i have a question about mongoose and whether it would be viable or not for a ret pally to use this over savagery.
i mean would it be better or not, im debating.

why would savagery be better for ret? i can see how executioner would but savagery is constant as mongoose is proc-rate. is the 120 agi and inc atk speed not useful?
