Well, MetaHUD is what those health bars on the sides of that pic is, btw. I can't remember what the names of most of the addons are, sorry. MetaHUD is pretier then Xperl, I suppose, but Xperl has more funtionality... It's a tradeoff. (Another thing, if you want a good and funtional UI, you should get MobInfo2, which calculates the health of anything you fight)
If you're going for expandibility and looks, I suggest FuBar over Titan, however.
Another comment, I think that the SS that you're using is too centered on pally addons rather then others. Check out

for some really great UIs.
Yet another edit: If you want a really tidy looking UI, get Align. It just adds a graph on, but it helps a lot for orginisation.
