Just over 2k RAP? Whats your gear like? I have Badge/Kara/beginning-TK loot and I have almost 2.4k self-buffed. Try and get more RAP with a large enough mana pool to fuel your crazy burst DPS. But of course, keep your 142 HR and 26% crit if you can, those are just fine.

My RAP raid-buffed? Good question... I don't raid as MM, but I raid as BM. I get about 2.1k-2.2k RAP when raid buffed then. I'll probably have around 2.6-2.7k RAP raid-buffed if I go as MM. I use a MM build to PvP with (drain spec).
As for some gear that you'll replace:
Hands:
Gauntlets of Sniping
are amazing. Expensive, but worth it. If not, go for Handguards of the Steady and then go for T4 or Gauntlets of Sniping.
Helm:
Steelspine Faceguard
from inside Karazhan is great.
Blood Knight War Cloak is just fine. I have used it for longer than I can imagine...

why do ppl use BM spec ( presume 41/20 ) instead of a MM spec in raids ?

Beast Mastery has a better sustained DPS output. MM is for burst damage, but unfoortunately cannot keep up with BM. Kind of like a Combat Rogue (sustained DPS) and a Assassination Rogue (burst DPS). There are a few arguments by the die-hard MM fans out there to why MM is better. If they do better as MM than BM or Sv, then great on them. But BM has proven itself in many cases to be better when matched up against MM or Sv.

sustainable as in 10-15 minutes raids ?
also another question ... when can you start to redistribute talent point ? only after lvl 70 ?
