Generally I dislike Felguard specs. I don't know if it's the playstyle or the Felguard's tiny head, but I've never liked them.
I'd suggest a nice UA/destro build (

), or some variant of 21/40 (such as
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=IZbxczIdzZxx0tr0tuuq
, which I use), if you've got the spell hit for it. The first will be much better for soloing without downtime, though once your spell damage/crit gets high enough, the latter will be faster.
Generally the warlocks in my guild spec UA when they start raiding, and then switch to 21/40 once their gear can support it.

I would really try to avoid a UA spec if I could, since it leans more towards the "slow and easy" way of killing things and I'd like to speed it up a little. Also, demonology gives a nice boost to damage when your gear is not that good (went from 512 to 644 +dmg when I switched from my old to my current spec).
Another point I didn't mention is that I like to be able to fight back, just a little, if I get jumped when grinding (I'm on a PvP server). For that Felguard and SL seemed a good choice.
How does the 0/21/40 spec hold out in mana efficiency? I would assume conflagrate and immolate would empty your mana in no time.In raids, you're not going to use Conflag and Immolate, as your best DPS comes from Curse of Shadow + Shadow Bolt. However, soloing, two shadow bolts, an immolate and a conflag will be enough to kill pretty much every mob before it reaches you, and that's why I like them.
Immolate and Conflag do eat a considerable amount of mana, but with the advent of Ritual of Refreshment, I don't really see it as a problem. Whereas affliction I could clear out an area without ever running low on mana, as Destruction I can clear the area in 1/3 of the time and then sit and eat, rinse and repeat.

What? No. 21/40 is the ultimate raid DPS spec. You won't find anything that does better DPS. You skip around the pure fire talents as much as you can.

Piece of advice #1 - get your spelldamage up as soon as possible. 644 buffed is low for a 70.
Piece of advice #2 - Feed your felguard. Mana Feed is a very important talent for that spec, to keep your pet cleaving away.
Piece of advice #3 - Forget incinerate in raids. Shadow bolt is better and has more synergy with your talents.
Piece of advice #4 - You don't have the gear for a nuking build. By insisting on one, you're doing less damage than you would by accepting your current limitations and speccing UA.
If you're going to go felguard, you'll probably be better off with something like this:

You need 20% crit without talents, around 1100 spell damage and a big-ass mana pool before a 0/21/40 build comes out ahead of a UA build in DPS.
If you are raiding Kara for gear you will not have those stats. The best build for raiding Kara is hands down a UA build. That's really not true. I switched from UA to 21/40 at about 1000 shadow damage and 16% crit and saw an immediate ~400 DPS improvement. I'm still going to Kara for gear. That's not to say 21/40 isn't more gear dependant than UA, it's just that it isn't quite as gear dependant as people tend to make it out to be.
To the person that said his destro spec could clear an area in 1/3 the time of his Aff spec... He must be terrible at affliction. In all reality none of the builds can clear as fast as an Aff build with a competent player at the helm.It really is true. Affliction is slow and steady; Destruction is instantaneous.
