Um, this was dug out of the archive from over 2 months ago? WHY? The sticky is clear on this.
It has been confirmed that S2 gear will go to honor when S4 comes out.
When will S4 come out? When it's ready™.
Blizzard really knows how to take their time when it comes to implementing a few new items to the game....
It's about 100 items? Max? well...that should take 20 weeks....:P
For the record, do you have any clue how long it takes a production company to do 1 scene of CG movie mayhem?
They are building a lot of moving, functioning models for your gaming experience. This does take time to design, model, fix, create moving joints, compress so it doesn't lagg your comp, fix again, then scrap it because an artist came up with a better looking version that has much less interferance when it comes to character models moving in it.... It takes time and a LOT of resources. That's why blizz is raking in your money, and generating new content all the time to make sure you keep giving them money.
