Hello guys. I wanted to know everyone's opinion about what is better to reforge. Do I go for mastery, crit or haste? At this time I did mastery and I also did hit so I could be at my cap. As of now though, my Crit rating is at 17.08% (+6.78% crit) and my haste is at 12.03% (985 +7.69%) I mean, that is pretty weak yeah, or am I ok? My goal is to pull as much dps as possible. Should I re gem and put crit and haste instead of mastery? Your opinions are appreciated. Thanks so much for your help/input.

It's my understand that on all 3 builds you only need haste around 800 as long as you have the haste talent. Yet to try stacking haste as I had enough heartache doing that with my lock..

In terms of reforging try for this - 1st, make sure you have enough hit: 7% for heroics, 8% for raids. No less, but as little "extra" as possible. 2nd, make sure you have 6.325% haste. No less, but as little "extra" as possible. Everything else should go to Crit and/or Mastery. There is a lot of debate on which is better, but either one will help more than "extra" hit or haste.
If you are deciding between Crit and Mastery, it's kinda complicated.
The short version is that Crit wil be better than Mastery, almost always.
If you want the long version, look here:
http://www.wowhead.com/forums&topic=181334.2
, as well as in the comment by Corwyn here:
http://www.warcrafthuntersunion.com/2010/12/hunter-stat-scaling/
and also here:
http://elitistjerks.com/f74/t110723-cataclysm_survival_hunter/p5/#post1823922
Bottom line is, go in this priority:
1) Hit to cap (7% or 8%)
2) Haste to cap (6.325%)
3) Crit
4) Mastery
5) Haste (above the cap)

Thats kinda wierd because femaledwarf favours haste by a good margin (i know it always did), but when i checked couple of hunters they are all stacking haste to the roof and spreadsheet actually shows haste as being 1.2 while both crit and mastery are at like 0.5.
I checked MM and BM hunters.

If you have the T11 (4) Set bonus, stack Haste to 7%ish (which you will probs be over anyway) then stack craploads of crit
If you dont have the T11 (4) Set bonus, stack Haste.

The way I understand the haste stacking issue is like this:
http://www.warcrafthuntersunion.com/2010/11/cataclysm-haste-rating-and-haste-cap-level-85/
(this is a wonderful site, by the way!)
Basically, we don't have a haste "cap", we have one of several haste "plateaus", specific levels where haste works for us, but between which the haste is wasted. We're trying to fit three Cobra Shots exactly in the time Explosive Shot is in cool down. More haste is wasted at that point, unless you have stacked enough to get to the next plateau, being able to squeeze -four- CbS into one ExS cool down.
The first is at 6.325%, and this is sufficient for all dungeons and most raids. The next number is at least three times that, I've forgotten the number, but it's really tough to achieve. The next one after that is nigh impossible.

Uhm, no it absolutely sucks. I wont treat is as serious after a few riduculous things they wrote in wotlk.
Only reason haste is more beneficial to you than crit or mastery (as BM) is that it affects both yours and pet damage. And its big chunk of that damage as it scales 100% to pet. It affects cobras and autos in your damage table (and focus regen) and autoattacks (and focus regen) in pet table. Pathing doesnt seem to scale to pet at all.

Female Dwarf is great, but it (like all other simulators I've ever seen) massively overvalue haste - always have, probably always will.
I don't know what WHU was like in LK days, in Cata I've been a huge fan of Scatterd Shots @ Wowinsider, which is written by WHU's Frostheim. So far, he's been pretty much dead on, and a lot easier to read than EJ. Read his article on Haste, it pretty much spells everything out.
Do not, not, not stack haste past the first plateau (I call it a soft cap, but yeah, plateau is more accurate) unless you can hit the 2nd plateau (not likely at this gear level point - maybe in all heroics, I dunno). Once haste is above 6.325%, crit and mastery are both way better than haste. Not that haste is worthless, just not nearly as good.
Why do so many hunters stack haste? Because FD tells them to, and they don't bother reading the EJ forums where the limitations of FD are discussed.
Oh, as to Zakkhar's last comment - just noticed you were talking about BM. You may be right there, I've not read up on BM theorycrafting, my comments are primary related to SV. I believe the same theory applies to MM, but I've just started playing/studying that one.

as a surv hunter, im at about +15% haste. Ive already reforged away from both hit and haste, which is better to reforge to, crit or mastery?

You need about 760 haste rating as SV to fit 3x CS between each ES. Once you have enough haste to do that (and are hit capped), you should be reforging all of your excess haste to crit. All mastery should be reforged to crit as well.

It affects cobras and autos in your damage table (and focus regen) and autoattacks (and focus regen) in pet table. Pathing doesnt seem to scale to pet at all.
Crit also affects both you and your pets DPS for all three specs (and also scales 100% to your pet). Probably more so than haste, since crit affects every ability and gives more Sic `Em. All haste does is increase auto-attacks (for you and your pet), higher focus regen and reduced cast times on Aimed, Cobra and Steady).
The only reason to stack haste is if you can reach another haste plateau. In between these plateaus more haste yields very little extra DPS.
As another user posted, con't trust the DPS value of Haste rating that simulators give you. Femaledwarf even tells you that the value of haste varies greatly.
I've had it tell me that haste would be (a lot) more valuable than agility and have had a negative DPS value at times.
